Terms of Service

By accessing and using Tribe Surf Camps' website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us with your booking reference number.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Deposits: Some packages may require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due according to the payment schedule provided in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Our cancellation policy varies by package and destination:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by Tribe: In the rare event that we must cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date or destination.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Age Requirements: Participants must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Some destinations may have different age requirements.

Health & Fitness: Surfing and related activities require a reasonable level of fitness. Participants should be comfortable in water and able to swim. Please disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, as required for your destination.

Assumption of Risk: Surfing and adventure travel activities carry inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Limitation of Liability: Tribe Surf Camps acts as an intermediary between you and our partner surf camps. While we carefully vet all partners, we are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of our partner operators.

Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and adventure activities including surfing.

We expect all participants to respect other guests, staff, local communities, and the environment. Tribe Surf Camps and our partner operators reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive.

No refund will be provided for participants removed from a trip due to misconduct.

All content on the Tribe Surf Camps website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Tribe Surf Camps or our partners and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Tribe Surf Camps is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions, or severe weather conditions.

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tribe Surf Camps is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
